Job Details

• Available both part-time and full-time
• Evening shifts
• Compensation at $14 per hour
• Weekly payment schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of assigned building areas or multiple client locations as per specifications
• Maintain all types of floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Adhere strictly to protocols when handling chemical cleaners and power cleaning tools to avoid damage
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restrooms, meeting spaces, hallways, and entrances
• Empty waste receptacles and manage trash disposal, including the use of compactors where applicable
• Clean windows, glass panels, and mirrors using suitable cleaning agents and equipment
• Carry out spot cleaning of carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing tasks
• Replenish paper goods and sanitary items regularly
• Follow established housekeeping schedules diligently
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform additional tasks assigned to meet the scope of work or customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months experience in janitorial duties
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of general custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Understanding of floor care methods such as buffing and waxing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is a plus
