IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior Level)

Role Overview

RR Soluções Transporte & Logística is hiring a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Officer for their fully remote Australian team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial technical assistance through email, chat, phone, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Install, configure, and upkeep computers, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, including password resets and permission settings.
• Log, prioritize, and close IT service tickets efficiently.
• Conduct software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance tasks.
• Monitor systems for performance and security, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records for IT assets and technical documentation.
• Adhere to cybersecurity policies and support related initiatives.
• Contribute to system upgrades, projects, and continuous process enhancements.
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards with a focus on confidentiality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS, Office suite, and cloud-based platforms.
