Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive IT Project Assistant to aid the Program Director in successfully managing a Digital Transformation Program. This position involves administrative support, coordination of project activities, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders and the broader project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Director by coordinating various project tasks.
- Facilitate communication among internal teams, clients, and vendors efficiently.
- Maintain and update essential documentation such as reports, meeting notes, and correspondence as needed.
- Track task progress, ensuring timely delivery and reporting updates accordingly.
- Arrange meetings, develop agendas, and follow up on action items from discussions.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support project operations.
- Detect project challenges or risks and escalate these issues to the Program Director when appropriate.
- Conduct research and gather data to aid in project decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in IT project support or an administrative role is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management software applications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail alongside effective problem-solving competencies.
- Capacity to manage multiple duties and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
