Investor Relations Associate

About The Role

iCapital is looking for an Associate to join its Investor Relations team to support its expanding client base. This position involves interacting with a variety of clients in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting. The team focuses on supporting investors, financial advisors, and internal staff by assisting with investment activities through iCapital's technology platform and collaborating with fund sponsors using the platform for distribution. The primary objective is to enhance the user experience and ensure client success.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to incoming client and advisor inquiries via phone and email, escalating concerns when necessary, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Assist prominent fund managers with fundraising by supporting their clients during the subscription process and managing fund closings, prioritizing successful outcomes.
• Contribute to special projects for Senior Management to support various business initiatives at iCapital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Between 2 and 5+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in client service or investor relations within alternative investments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across organizational functions and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to client service and exceeding expectations.
• Preferable experience with wealth management firms.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and wealth technology platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Availability to manage phone queues during operating hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM MST.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.

Benefits and Work Arrangement

• Base salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
• Compensation package includes salary, equity participation for full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
