What the position involves

Taking ownership of and supporting transactions from start to finish
Working directly with senior bankers and external clients
Operating within a lean team where responsibilities are assigned early
Building strong technical and transaction execution capabilities

Experience and capability requirements

3 to 4 years of experience in technology-focused investment banking
Hands-on background in M&A execution and financial analysis
Strong ability in financial modeling
Comfort managing several priorities simultaneously in a high-pressure setting
Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-facing approach
