About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for top-tier captive units focusing on international customer service campaigns. This role welcomes graduates or undergraduates with at least six months of BPO experience. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills and be ready to engage in an international voice process career with potential for rapid advancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling international customer support via voice processes.
- Delivering exceptional service to global clients.
- Engaging in outbound and inbound calls as part of the customer experience process.
- Adhering to shift schedules as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate status is mandatory.
- At least six months of prior BPO experience.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and quick to learn.
- Willing to work in shifts, including flexible hours.
