About the Role

Obermeier-Sheykhet Architecture, Inc., a creative and award-winning design firm, invites a skilled and driven Intermediate Architectural Designer/Production Captain to join our dynamic team. This position demands a blend of design creativity and technical expertise to oversee the production of precise construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize design ideas and prepare engaging presentation materials.
• Develop detailed construction documents to meet project specifications.
• Effectively collaborate with engineering consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Engage in client meetings and support project proposal development.
• Utilize software tools including Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, Twinmotion, and Bluebeam for design and documentation purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Preferably over 5 years of experience working within architectural firms.
• Proficient and experienced with Revit software is critical.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to perform both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with commercial, multi-family residential, and hospitality projects is advantageous.
• Licensure or active pursuit of architectural licensure adds value.
