Interior Design Sales Consultant

About the Role

A company specialized in interior design and decoration in Riyadh is seeking an Interior Design Sales Consultant. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, proposing tailored design solutions, closing sales, and overseeing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and meeting clients at the office or showroom.
• Understanding client requirements and budgets to devise suitable design concepts.
• Visiting client sites to accurately measure spaces.
• Developing initial project ideas and design concepts.
• Reading and preparing execution plans and technical details.
• Preparing quotations and following up with clients until deal closure.
• Maintaining daily contact and documenting all communications with clients.
• Managing payment follow-ups and handing project details to implementation teams.
• Coordinating with designers, production, carpentry, upholstery, printing, and installation departments.
• Overseeing projects from measurement and design stages through production, installation, and delivery.
• Offering and selling comprehensive decoration solutions including wall panels and murals, canvas, acrylic and framed artworks, wallpapers and mirrors, woodworking and CNC works, TV backgrounds and reception desks, cabinets, tables, upholstery manufacturing, curtains, printed fabrics, and complete interior design projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in interior design, decoration, interior architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design sales or furniture, decoration, and finishing sales.
• Ability to take precise measurements on client sites.
• Proficient in reading and preparing technical and execution drawings.
• Good knowledge of materials, carpentry, upholstery, fabrics, artworks, and finishing details.
• Skilled in design software; preferably AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Capable of preparing design presentations and proposals for clients.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Commitment to client follow-up and achieving monthly sales targets.
• A valid driver's license and ability to visit client sites within Riyadh is preferable.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: 6000 SAR per month.
• Transportation and communication allowance: 500 SAR per month.
• Monthly commission of up to 2% on collected sales.
• Additional bonuses for exceeding targets.

Performance Target

The sales target after the probationary period is 150,000 SAR in collected sales per month.
