Job Overview

We are searching for a seasoned and strategic IT Manager to lead the company's technology operations. This role involves maintaining dependable IT infrastructure, ensuring strong cybersecurity measures, integrating efficient business systems, and driving innovative digital solutions to foster organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the company's IT strategy aligning with overall business goals.
• Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure, comprising networks, servers, hardware, and software components.
• Guarantee the security, uptime, and optimal performance of all IT systems and enterprise applications.
• Administer enterprise systems including ERP, inventory management, and sales platforms to enhance operational workflow.
• Lead initiatives related to cybersecurity, data protection, backup protocols, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage IT-related projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and digital transformation efforts.
• Supervise the IT team and deliver technical support throughout various business areas.
• Handle IT budgets, relationships with vendors, software licensing, and procurement of technology resources.
• Track system performance metrics and advise on technological improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT management or senior IT leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of network administration, server management, cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and database systems.
• Proven experience with ERP or other enterprise business systems is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP, or CISSP would be a plus.
