Role Overview
This Sydney-based position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, creative environment collaborating with APAC and global teams. The Influencer Manager will spearhead influencer marketing efforts in the Australian and New Zealand markets, building relationships and managing influencer collaborations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and vet the most suitable influencers for various projects, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs strategically and creatively.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers, managing negotiations, contracts, and ensuring deliverables meet scope and deadlines.
- Develop content best practices and Creator shooting guidelines to guarantee high-quality, brand-consistent influencer, KOL, and celebrity content across the ANZ region.
- Create a scalable influencer and talent content framework including campaign principles, engagement guidelines, briefing processes, and virtual product showcase strategies tailored for APAC and adaptable globally.
- Design platform-specific shooting guides to optimize content engagement and authenticity, reinforcing brand equity.
Candidate Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proven experience in writing clear, effective briefs and communicating with influencer talent ranging from micro-influencers to celebrities.
- In-depth knowledge of the influencer landscape, including talent recommendation and booking.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities to propose breakthrough influencer marketing programs.
- Comfortable operating with a global, regional, and local market focus.
- Experience managing large brand accounts and large-scale influencer activations.
- Familiarity with rights management and contracting processes is highly valuable.
- Established relationships with influencers and talent are a plus.
- Personal experience as a KOL or influencer is advantageous but not required.
