Role Overview
We are seeking devoted Infant Care Teachers who are passionate about nurturing infants and committed to supporting their early developmental journey. Successful candidates will receive strong backing from programme specialists and support teams to focus on delivering excellent care and education. Join us to help give children a strong foundation by implementing our specialized infant care programme along with routine caregiving duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement child-appropriate curricula and programmes reflecting latest trends and innovations to enhance the learning environment.
- Foster effective collaboration with centre staff, families, and community partners to build strong relationships.
- Organize and manage family and community engagement initiatives, supporting our commitment to community contribution.
- Carry out routine caregiving with continual focus on improving quality and service standards.
- Advance professional practices aligned with our vision, mission, and values to maintain high standards and innovation in service delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of either a Higher Certificate in Infant Care, Advanced Certificate in Early Years, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification as EY1 or EY2 is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Efficient communication skills for interaction with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
