Role overview

We are seeking a part-time Industrial Designer to support a compact team building an AI-enabled consumer device that requires thoughtful work on a very small form-factor enclosure. This position is equity-only and unpaid.

What you'll do

Refine and upgrade the existing enclosure design.
Generate fresh concepts and iterate on multiple design directions.
Build CAD models and prepare designs suitable for production.
Collaborate closely with engineering to make sure the product can be manufactured effectively and realistically.

What we're looking for

Hands-on background in industrial design and CAD software such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
Working knowledge of design for manufacturing principles.

Preferred experience

Prior exposure to consumer electronics projects.
Experience taking products through to production.

Compensation

This is an unpaid role offered on an equity-only basis.
