Job Location and Contract Details

The position is based near Banbury, England. Candidates must have their own transportation to the site. This is an ongoing, full-time job working onsite from Monday to Friday during day shifts.

We seek a dependable and diligent Industrial Cleaner to join a busy manufacturing facility. This role offers a chance to work in a modern and well-maintained environment within a supportive team. Maintaining excellent cleanliness and safety standards is central to the job.

Key Duties

• Clean workshop and production spaces thoroughly.
• Keep offices and reception areas tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness in staff canteens and break rooms.
• Ensure washrooms and welfare facilities are hygienic.
• Take care of internal walkways and shared areas.
• Operate industrial floor cleaning machinery efficiently.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
• Dust and wipe surfaces at workstations and communal zones.
• Clean windows and internal glass fixtures.
• Empty rubbish bins and restock cleaning supplies.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards throughout the plant.
• Complete additional cleaning assignments as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning roles is required.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or automotive sectors is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and a constructive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits
