HVAC Design and Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Design and Sales Engineer to lead design, estimation, business development, and project management efforts in industrial and commercial HVAC projects. This full-time position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on both technical expertise and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HVAC system design process for industrial and commercial projects.
• Conduct heat load calculations and select appropriate HVAC equipment.
• Develop detailed HVAC layouts including ducting, piping, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications.
• Manage techno-commercial proposal preparation, cost estimation, and tender submission.
• Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new HVAC and EPC project opportunities.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with consultants, EPC contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and clients.
• Lead and coordinate teams responsible for design, estimation, and sales functions.
• Liaise with procurement, manufacturing, execution, and commissioning departments to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure all designs and processes comply with relevant standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, Indian Standards (IS), and National Building Code (NBC).

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
• Experience ranging from 6 to 12 years in HVAC design, estimation, sales, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in HVAC system design, load calculation, and equipment selection.
• Strong skills in preparing technical layouts, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Capable of leading multifunctional teams and driving business development.
• Familiarity with industrial HVAC systems, EPC project dynamics, and adherence to industry standards.
