Position Summary
The Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a vital role in managing day-to-day HR operational functions within the organization. They ensure smooth execution of HR processes throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, maintain precise employee records, and coordinate HR activities via internal systems and government platforms. The role is critical in upholding compliance with company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and internal controls.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform daily HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and terminations.
- Draft employment-related documents including contracts, amendments, letters, and certificates.
- Keep employee records up-to-date and ensure accuracy across HR information systems.
- Manage HR transactions on government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law, organizational policies, and internal audit standards.
- Oversee payroll-related inputs including attendance, leaves, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, and employee status changes.
- Handle employee requests and HR transactions adhering to service level agreements and internal guidelines.
- Support probation evaluations, contract renewal processes, and employment status updates.
- Generate HR operational reports and maintain an accurate workforce database.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Government Relations teams to facilitate HR workflows.
- Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring comprehensive documentation management.
- Contribute to HR process enhancements by refining procedures, forms, and SOPs.
- Support digital transformation projects within the HR domain and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help achieve key HR operational performance indicators and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least four years of experience working in Human Resources Operations.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR operational best practices.
- Practical experience with HRIS and government labor platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Shared Services or corporate HR departments.
- Familiarity with ERP or HR management software such as Jisr, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalents.
- Additional HR certifications like CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi considered advantageous.
