Role overview
EaseMyTrip.com is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit processes. The role involves working closely with management to understand workforce needs and supporting initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with management regularly to understand hiring needs and broader business priorities.
- Run the full recruitment and selection workflow using internal as well as external hiring channels, aligned with company hiring rules.
- Interview applicants for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source suitable talent through headhunting, LinkedIn, company mapping, referrals, job portals, and similar channels.
- Work with business teams on talent engagement and development initiatives.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as letters of intent, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, increment letters, and relieving letters.
- Manage onboarding and joining procedures, including personnel files, bank account opening support, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain HR process records in HRMS software.
- Support attendance management, payroll processing, and salary administration.
- Track employee grievances and help apply disciplinary policies and procedures when required.
- Introduce practical ideas to engage and motivate employees.
- Strengthen employee-management relations by responding to concerns and reviewing employee satisfaction survey inputs.
- Help create and maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
- Support present and future workforce requirements by contributing to employee development, motivation, and retention efforts.
- Maintain MIS records for employment changes such as new joiners, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and category changes.
- Keep employee records updated in both digital and physical formats.
- Complete exit interview formalities and full-and-final settlement procedures.
Candidate profile
- At least 1 year of prior experience in an HR Executive role is required.
- Should be strong in problem identification and timely issue resolution.
- Must communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
- Should be comfortable using MS Office and preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Needs strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Should have experience hiring through multiple sourcing channels.
- Must be able to plan work well, prioritize tasks, and use time efficiently.
- Should be organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to monitor work quality.
- Must respond well to guidance, follow instructions, and improve performance based on feedback.
- Should understand labour laws, payroll, TDS, PF, ESI, and PT.
