Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates closely with the business to drive talent strategies and cultivate a thriving culture that supports business success. This role proactively engages and partners with business leaders to identify strategic priorities, harmonizing enterprise-wide and local requirements by leveraging technology and analytics. Acting as a comprehensive HR partner, the HRBP works across functions to deliver integrated talent solutions and develop leaders embodying core leadership principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans linking innovative talent management strategies to business goals.
- Assess talent-related risks and opportunities, delivering plans that address critical workforce needs.
- Engage with business leadership to ensure HR priorities and actions align with current and future organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with various HR functions to act as a unified team driving initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Lead organizational effectiveness and change management efforts to enhance efficiency, culture, and performance.
- Coach and develop leaders to be authentic, capable, and aligned with organizational values; support succession planning efforts.
- Use employee listening tools to gauge engagement and implement plans to improve the employee experience and workplace culture at the site level.

Experience and Educational Background
- College or university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
- Extensive professional experience in HR roles.
- Proven expertise supporting manufacturing plants, particularly in complex operational environments.
Specific Role Context
- This position is dedicated to two key manufacturing plants in the PSBU India Division situated at the Mega-Site in Phaltan (PHP and CPG plants).
- These plants contribute significantly to PSBU's revenue and are on track for substantial growth, necessitating an expanded and effective talent strategy.
- The workforce includes over 400 permanent employees plus a sizable flexi workforce, adding complexity to talent management.
- Due to the plants' remote location, there is a pressing need for innovative and strong people strategies particularly for attracting, developing, and retaining niche and leadership talents.
- The role involves navigating industrial relations complexities that require proactive stakeholder management and robust on-site HR leadership.
Work Conditions and Expectations
- This is an on-site position requiring attendance five days a week, with some flexibility based on business needs.
