About the Role
Meritocracy Techlytics Private Limited is seeking a Human Resource Executive based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. This position involves managing various areas of human resource functions to support the company's workforce effectively.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates, screening their resumes, and coordinating interview processes.
- Managing onboarding procedures including joining formalities, employee induction, and handling all necessary documentation.
- Handling employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts and resolving grievances efficiently.
- Supporting operational tasks such as payroll processing, monitoring employee attendance, and maintaining updates within HRMS databases.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable statutory labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
