About the Role

We are seeking motivated HR Recruiters to join ANCY HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., working on recruitment for FirstCry, a prominent baby care brand. The position offers a full-time opportunity based in Pune and PCMC with two vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit delivery bikers specifically for FirstCry operations.
• Identify potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct field hiring.
• Perform telephonic screenings and organize interviews effectively.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with candidates through to their joining.
• Manage all onboarding-related paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain daily reports on hiring activities and consistently meet recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand and meet manpower needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation is preferred, but applicants with 12th pass plus relevant experience will also be considered.
• Both freshers and experienced recruiters are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities are essential.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude is a must.

Working Conditions

• Six working days per week.
• Rotational weekly offs applied.
