Job Summary
The HR Manager will spearhead the human resources functions across the organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with relevant labor laws.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all HR activities company-wide.
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding of new hires, and accurate workforce planning.
- Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedural guidelines.
- Handle employee relations, appraisals, and coordinate staff training initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to Bahrain Labour Law alongside company regulations.
- Facilitate manpower planning pertinent to industrial project demands.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum ten years of HR experience, ideally within industrial contracting, manufacturing, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, Bahrain labor legislation, and HR management systems.
- Demonstrated capability managing HR operations in large organizations with over 1,000 employees.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and ability to foster teamwork.
- Readiness to work across Bahrain and extend to other GCC locations if necessary.
- Commitment to uphold standards in health, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Availability to join ideally within 30 days’ notice, with preference for earlier starts.
