Job Overview
Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team onsite in Singapore within the transportation and logistics industry. This role involves supporting daily HR operations and managing various employee lifecycle processes while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, employee movements, and exit procedures.
- Assist with administering performance management, talent growth initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate annual HR processes such as performance appraisals, salary reviews, bonus distributions, and manpower planning efforts.
- Provide initial guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and employment queries.
- Help implement HR policies, programs, and contribute to process enhancement projects.
- Facilitate employee communication, engagement strategies, and initiatives to foster organizational culture.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for HR activities as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related fields is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR roles focusing on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Experience or exposure to performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development is considered a plus.
