Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized HR Coordinator to efficiently manage HR operations, enforce policy administration, support employee lifecycle activities, and spearhead people initiatives within the organization. This position is pivotal in maintaining precise HR records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, fostering employee engagement, and delivering reliable HR data and reporting to enhance decision-making and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring employee data, records, and documentation are precise, confidential, and current.
  • Draft and process employee-related documents including confirmation letters, promotions, transfers, onboarding, and exit paperwork.
  • Assist employee lifecycle stages such as onboarding, probation monitoring, internal transfers, promotions, leave management, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain and update HRIS data consistently to support accurate reporting and facilitate decision-making.
  • Provide initial HR support responding to employee questions and escalate more complex HR issues appropriately.
  • Aid the roll-out, assessment, and dissemination of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, employment laws, internal controls, and support audit processes.
  • Validate inputs related to payroll including employee changes, benefits, allowances, deductions prior to payroll execution.
  • Facilitate administration of employee benefits such as insurance, pension records, and welfare programs.
  • Organize employee engagement events, wellness activities, culture initiatives, and manage internal HR communications.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to generate reports, dashboards, and key metrics supporting management and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at process improvements, automation, policy revisions, and continuous enhancement efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with employee documentation standards regarding retention and confidentiality.
  • Support employee relations by assisting with documentation, coordinating meetings, and tracking cases.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields.
  • Between 5 and 9 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Operations, or HR Policy Management.
  • Possession of professional HR certifications such as IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent, is highly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, policy compliance, and employment documentation management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with payroll administration, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality within a fast-moving, dynamic working environment.
