About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for an HR Analyst position focused on benefits administration and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administration of US-based retirement plans including funding processes, file handling, audits, and compliance tracking.
- Oversee relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors involved in relocation, retirement, employee recognition, and health and welfare programs.
- Maintain the benefits compliance calendar to ensure all legal and programmatic requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
- Act as an escalation resource for complex benefit-related inquiries, finding resolutions within established program guidelines.
- Lead efforts to integrate benefits plans for newly acquired companies into existing systems.
- Administer Leave of Absence and ADA accommodation requests, collaborating with HR Business Partners to uphold legal compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Human Resources with a concentration on employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations including COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, and FMLA.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with a customer service mindset.
