Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of residents' apartments through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure communal areas are spotless, inviting, and prepared for both residents and visitors.
• Perform laundry tasks, including caring for residents' linens when required.
• Identify and report maintenance needs and any health and safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the wider village team to create an outstanding resident experience.
• Uphold rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, particularly in hospitality, hotels, healthcare, or residential environments.
• Strong attention to detail paired with a proactive mindset.
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively within a team.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
• Typically works 5 days out of 7, with necessary flexibility for weekends and evening shifts.
• Shift hours range between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
