Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers. The Host / Hostess will play a crucial role in warmly welcoming guests, ensuring courteous and efficient service, and acting as a primary point of contact in the assigned outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and remain accessible to attend to their needs.
• Manage outlet reservations, including handling the reservation book and answering phone calls with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the service team to prepare the outlet before operating hours.
• Coordinate seating arrangements based on floor plans for reservations and table blocks.
• Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet and entrance area.
• Maintain close yet discreet contact with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Memorize all menus and promotions to effectively recommend offerings when requested.
• Assist in developing and updating the outlet’s guest database.
• Confirm guest satisfaction upon their departure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in hospitality preferred.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel setting is advantageous.
• Polished demeanor with excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
