Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers eager to provide exceptional service as they deliver groceries and essentials directly to customers. This position involves handling goods carefully, driving safely, and being the public face of the company while managing delivery schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe vehicle loading practices, including manual handling and lifting requirements.
• Follow strict safe driving guidelines to ensure security on the road.
• Conduct thorough van inspections before each journey.
• Maintain the quality of food deliveries to customers' homes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Assist with store duties when required.
• Manage your time independently and efficiently across variable shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a friendly, positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Have a solid understanding of road safety principles and practices.
