We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Sylvester, GA. Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in various settings including at home, at school, or in clinics.
• Execute individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately gather and record data reflecting clients' progress.
• Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote successful client outcomes.
• Ensure therapy environments remain safe and supportive throughout sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or its equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass a background screening process.
• Dependable transportation with a readiness to travel within the local region.

Compensation and Working Hours

• Hourly wages range from $24 to $30.
• Schedules are flexible and can be adjusted based on individual availability.
• Work location is Valdosta, Georgia.
