Position Overview
We are looking to hire passionate, experienced high school teachers (Grades 8-12) to join our team. Candidates must be certified to teach in British Columbia. The selected educators will design and execute lesson plans aligned with the BC Ministry guidelines, evaluate student performance, nurture a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support comprehensive student development. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a strong dedication to fostering a positive school culture.

Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant secondary teaching experience.
- Valid BC Teacher Certificate in good standing.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities for lesson planning and evaluations.
- Experience teaching diverse high school classrooms.
- Effective classroom management skills fostering a positive learning environment.
- Regular and clear communication with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns.
- Active participation in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and trends.

Schedule and Location

Compensation
