Heavy Combination (HC) Driver

Position Overview

Team Global Express is currently looking for a Heavy Combination (HC) Driver based in Gracemere, Queensland. This opportunity is a permanent full-time position with standard working days from Monday to Friday and an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute pickups and deliveries adhering strictly to allocated schedules.
• Handle freight ensuring safety and efficiency throughout transport.
• Secure cargo appropriately using equipment such as straps and chains.
• Perform daily pre-operation vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or malfunctions.
• Comply with all company operational protocols and procedures.
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents in alignment with company safety processes.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a current, valid HC driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar heavy vehicle driving role is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance.
• Proactive mindset regarding WHS and safe work practices.
