Head of Operations

Position Overview

Angel Remedies is looking for a seasoned, strategic Head of Operations to direct and enhance the company’s operational functions. This role will focus on crafting operational strategies, refining processes, boosting efficiency, guiding cross-departmental teams, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and carry out operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets.
• Manage daily business operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
• Design, apply, and continuously refine operational workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Track operational KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives aimed at operational excellence, including process optimization, automation, and cost reduction programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to synchronize operational efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee resource management, workforce distribution, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks to maintain business continuity.
• Drive change management, organizational improvements, and continuous development projects.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, quality controls, and operational compliance.
• Mentor and develop management and operational teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Support strategic expansion efforts and new business development activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and updates on operational performance for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations leadership, business management, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of operational strategy, process enhancement, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and operational divisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and informed decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, business analytics, operational reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving business environment focused on growth.
• Commercially astute with solid strategic business insight.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related subjects preferred; postgraduate credentials like an MBA or leadership certifications are a plus.
