About the Role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, recognized for blending Arabian hospitality with a century of St. Regis tradition, is seeking passionate Guest Experience Experts. More than just facilitating check-ins and check-outs, these professionals craft memorable and unique guest experiences, acting as personalized guides throughout a guest's entire stay. They are empowered to operate independently within their work environment to address operational tasks, respond to guest needs, generate reports, and highlight local attractions, making each interaction seamless and engaging.

Located at the Nation Tower in Abu Dhabi, the hotel features 283 exquisitely designed rooms, including 55 suites with scenic views of both the Arabian Gulf and the city. The property is highest suspended suite world-renowned, connecting the two Nation Towers.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are expected to uphold a safe working environment by strictly adhering to company policies, safeguarding confidentiality, and protecting assets. Maintaining impeccable personal appearance, wearing the designated uniform professionally, and communicating effectively are essential. The role demands mobility and physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and manually handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. These duties, along with other reasonable tasks, contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality service to our guests and supporting business success.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. A minimum of two years of experience in luxury hotel services is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of guest service. While no specific licenses or certifications are mandated, previous luxury hospitality experience is essential.
