About Dexwin
Dexwin is a technology group headquartered in Accra and active across multiple business lines, including enterprise technology, client services, and Dexwin Labs, which focuses on talent development. The company works with customers in fintech, telecoms, agri-trade, and food systems, and is now moving into a more intentional phase of commercial expansion. With strong leadership and senior relationships already creating a healthy stream of leads, Dexwin is looking for someone who can turn that interest into signed work and help build a growth engine that can scale across the group.
About the Role
The Growth Lead will be responsible for Dexwin’s growth function across the wider group. The central focus is conversion: taking opportunities generated by the business and moving them through follow-up, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing. Alongside this, the role will strengthen how Dexwin presents, prices, and sells its work.
This is a senior, practical leadership role. The person in this seat will design the growth approach, raise the quality of proposals and brand output, and put in place the systems that make commercial performance consistent rather than dependent on one individual. Support will exist underneath the role, so this is a leadership position rather than a solo marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
Deal closing and conversion
- Move business-generated opportunities all the way to close, including follow-up, proposal preparation, negotiation, and signature.
- Oversee the full standard of proposals, including structure, pricing logic, commercial framing, and the detail needed to win enterprise-level work.
- Create and manage a disciplined pipeline so opportunities are tracked properly from first contact to signed agreement.
- Shape pilots, retainers, subscriptions, and enterprise contracts with strong commercial terms.
Business development and pipeline growth
- Bring an active personal network across technology and enterprise markets to broaden the pipeline.
- Identify and assess high-value prospects across telecoms, banks, DFIs, development partners, and corporate organisations.
- Support outreach efforts and relationship-building so qualified opportunities move into the pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams once work has been won.
Marketing, brand, and positioning
- Own the group’s brand and market positioning so it is consistent and credible across all divisions.
- Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, content, inbound, and demand-generation activity.
- Improve pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, and sales collateral so they are consistently polished and effective.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, or junior support resources, and allocate budget according to priorities.
Commercial operations and coordination
- Set up the systems, workflows, and reporting needed to make growth measurable and repeatable across the business.
- Maintain commercial discipline through clean CRM records, pipeline reporting, and clear accountability.
- Coordinate across teams to keep commercial work moving across the group.
- Bring structure that cuts down friction, confusion, and firefighting.
What Dexwin Is Looking For
Dexwin is seeking someone with about ten years of experience across marketing, growth, and commercial work, ideally with exposure to the tech or venture environment and a relevant network. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a closer — someone who can shape direction and also get deals across the line.
- Demonstrated ability to close business, not just generate awareness or interest.
- Strong commercial judgement, especially around pricing, proposal design, and enterprise deal structure.
- Solid depth in marketing and brand work, including positioning, campaigns, and professional collateral.
- An existing network in the tech and enterprise ecosystem that can be activated.
- Very strong attention to detail and the ability to own quality from start to finish.
- A systems-oriented mindset that brings order and reduces noise across a multi-division business.
- Experience as a founder, operator, or early-stage team member, with comfort handling ambiguity and multiple responsibilities.
