Growth Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Growth Consultants, where you will be responsible for leading revenue expansion efforts for over 25 emerging online brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for sellers, maintaining strong and enduring client relationships through continuous engagement.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to uncover opportunities for growth and provide comprehensive updates on progress.
• Oversee financial outcomes of assigned accounts with an emphasis on boosting revenue, optimizing costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Operations, Technology, and Support departments to implement strategies that elevate brand visibility and customer interaction.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication capabilities in both English and Hindi.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in English and Hindi.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Business Administration (BBA) is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS enterprises.

Working Conditions and Location

This position is based in Bangalore and requires working on-site six days a week.
