Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Carry out daily duties to keep the park clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of park amenities such as camp kitchens, play areas, and facilities.
• Perform general upkeep of grounds including landscaping, mowing, and litter collection.
• Complete repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodations and other facilities.
• Handle and maintain tools and equipment used for park operations.
• Follow all safety procedures to create a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in groundskeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Competence in building and grounds maintenance activities.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain safety and enhance the property's appearance.
• Proficiency in operating groundskeeping machinery and power tools safely.
• Excellent time management and flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day schedule.
• Trade qualification is preferred.
• Pool maintenance know-how is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Candidates must provide a Federal Police Clearance before being hired.
• The role involves physical activity including lifting up to 20 kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals, and using machinery.
