Job Responsibilities

• Create architectural, structural, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
• Design panel layouts, fixing details, and production drawings with precision.
• Develop and coordinate the design of GRC moulds along with manufacturing procedures.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings and generate accurate shop drawings for approval processes.
• Render technical assistance to production and installation teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Execute site examinations, inspections, and resolve any technical challenges encountered during projects.
• Compile material quantity take-offs (BOQ), prepare production timetables, and draft comprehensive technical reports.
• Maintain adherence to project specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or closely related discipline.
• A minimum of four years’ experience specifically within the GRC or GFRC industry is compulsory.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License; this is a prerequisite.
• Thorough knowledge of GRC production techniques, mould fabrication, fixing mechanisms, and installation procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
• Competence in interpreting architectural and structural blueprint drawings.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to independently oversee multiple projects efficiently.
