Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-focused Graphic / Product Designer to join our team in Berlin. This role involves translating ideas into compelling visuals and aiding in shaping how customers experience our brand. Although unpaid at this stage, this opportunity offers valuable real-world startup experience and the chance to contribute significantly to our company's development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching packaging, labels, and product visuals both for physical shelves and online marketplaces.
- Design graphics aligned with brand identity for marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to ensure consistent brand messaging and design cohesion.
- Provide innovative ideas related to product development and visual storytelling to enhance engagement.
- Ensure all design outputs are user-friendly, engaging, and have a strong visual impact.
Qualifications and Preferences
- Prior experience with packaging or product design and knowledge of print production processes is advantageous.
- A compelling and diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and versatility.
- Ability to operate independently and take initiative in your work.
- Passion for pets is essential.
- Residency in Berlin is preferred but not mandatory.
