Graphic Designer – Embedded Client Role (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer fluent in Arabic to join a client team in Doha, Qatar, on a full-time basis. The candidate should embody professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness while collaborating seamlessly within the client's environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and modify visual content across various digital and print mediums such as marketing campaigns, social media assets, presentations, reports, publications, infographics, and other communication tools.
• Develop Arabic and bilingual (Arabic/English) graphic designs, emphasizing strong Arabic layout capabilities.
• Deliver compelling visual designs adhering strictly to brand standards.
• Efficiently juggle numerous projects and prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
• Act promptly and constructively on feedback and requested design adjustments.
• Generate precise, print- and digital-ready artwork suitable for production.
• Maintain well-organized files, manage version control, and safeguard the confidentiality of all project materials.

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluency in Arabic coupled with solid English proficiency.
• At least three years of professional experience in graphic design within agencies, corporate settings, or similar professional environments.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print designs, ideally including Arabic or bilingual projects.
• Excellent command of typography, layout, composition, and visual concept development.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in execution.
• Ability to interpret design briefs independently and work with minimal oversight.
• Proficient time management capable of handling multiple deadlines effectively.

Working Conditions and Additional Information

• This is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in Doha, Qatar.
• The designer will collaborate directly with the client's internal team while maintaining coordination with the employing organization.
• Shortlisted applicants will undergo a practical design test as part of the hiring process.
