Job Overview

As part of the design team, you will craft dynamic, learner-focused visual content for digital training modules. Collaborating closely with instructional designers and developers, you will enhance compliance and leadership content with engaging graphics, layouts, and interactive design components.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets including illustrations, icons, infographics, and layouts tailored for eLearning modules.
• Work alongside curriculum designers and developers to ensure visuals align precisely with storyboards.
• Design UI/UX elements to support LMS platforms and gamified learning experiences.
• Edit and optimize multimedia materials such as images, video frames, and animations.
• Maintain consistent brand representation across all educational content.
• Adapt visuals to support multilingual localization catering to diverse audiences.
• Perform video editing and integrate multimedia elements using authoring tools.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within eLearning, EdTech, or BFSI sectors; freshers may consider a two to three-month internship opportunity.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects; proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Adobe Animate or comparable tools for interactive animations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.
• Capability to simplify complex compliance concepts through clear and compelling visual storytelling.
