Job description
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in aiding the marketing and sales teams by crafting visually engaging materials to boost brand presence, sales campaigns, and company events. This position requires developing concepts, designing, and producing diverse print and digital assets that adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing assets such as flyers, banners, point-of-sale signage, and social media visuals.
- Work alongside brand managers and sales personnel to design promotional concepts and campaign imagery.
- Ensure all creative outputs comply with supplier brand standards and internal company requirements.
- Handle multiple assignments concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines with close attention to detail.
- Prepare final files for print and digital publication and coordinate with external vendors for production matters.
- Organize and maintain a digital archive of creative materials and assets.
- Contribute to photography, video, and content initiatives related to events or product launches when needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Media, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum one year of experience working professionally as a Graphic Designer or Artist.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Sign Lab, Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.
- Strong command of design fundamentals such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent collaborative communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Media Studies, Arts, or Design, with significant coursework in Art or Graphic Design.
- Three or more years of professional practice and/or internship experience in related fields.
Physical Demands
This role involves extended periods seated at a workstation using a computer. The incumbent must occasionally lift up to 15 pounds and perform physical activities such as climbing and reaching to fulfill job responsibilities.
