Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d)

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer at RFS MediaGroup based in Stadtlohn, your main mission will be to advance development projects to the next level while ensuring smooth execution from planning through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects to guarantee seamless workflows from the outset.
• Assess and analyze project requirements critically.
• Manage and develop tailored web projects for clients, working closely with the graphic design team to create optimal web presences.
• Identify potential opportunities for new programming solutions and evaluate how current client challenges can be addressed with the company’s product offerings.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to provide necessary guidance and instructions.
• Deliver continuous support which includes upgrades and troubleshooting for existing applications.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive Shopware projects and plugin solutions.
• Constantly refine your methodologies and collaborate with your team to improve internal development processes.
• Contribute innovative suggestions and ideas to keep the team updated and enhance project workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Experience of several years in shop and web development.
• Completion of a university degree or equivalent qualification combined with practical professional experience.
• Expertise in web-based technologies and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with Shopware, Typo3, or WordPress platforms.
• Proficient in core web technologies like PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with preprocessors such as Less or Sass.
• Strong practical understanding of databases, for example MySQL.
• Competency in popular development tools including GIT, NPM, Composer, and PHPStorm.
• Ability to work well in teams, take initiative, and operate independently.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English at negotiation level.
