Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves developing interactive, user-friendly client-side web applications that meet company and client needs. Candidates should be tech-savvy, eager to explore emerging digital technologies, and passionate about integrating usability with engaging visual design to create an attractive and efficient digital experience. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance multiple company websites to ensure optimal performance
• Optimize website structure focusing on an exceptional user experience
• Design responsive websites using fluid grids and adaptable visuals
• Collaborate with fellow developers and graphic designers to build coherent and appealing web solutions
• Gather feedback from users and develop tailored solutions
• Create detailed prototypes and mockups for new features
• Assist back-end developers with coding and resolving technical issues
• Uphold high graphic quality standards and maintain brand consistency
• Keep abreast of new and emerging web technologies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress
• Strong understanding of responsive design and compatibility across browsers and devices
• Proficiency in jQuery and Bootstrap frameworks
• Familiarity with ClickFunnels and Shopify platforms is a plus but not mandatory
• Competent in browser testing and debugging processes
• Comprehensive understanding of the web development lifecycle including design, development, and deployment
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website design principles
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments while multitasking effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and independent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Additional Preferred Education and Skills

• Business-related bachelor’s degree is advantageous
• Broad understanding of core business functions such as operations, marketing, HR, and finance preferred
• Previous experience in executive or project management roles is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications and basic PDF editing
• Exposure to Active Campaign and Zoom is desirable

Work Schedule and Equal Opportunity

This is a full-time position requiring Monday through Friday availability from 9am to 6pm, with potential for extra hours and some travel.
