About the Role

Your Urban Physio (YUP), a physiotherapy coworking and healthcare facility located on FC Road, Pune, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage administrative and patient-facing activities.

Job Responsibilities

Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Attend to patient queries and assist both walk-ins and calls professionally.
Liaise effectively with physiotherapists and healthcare staff for coordination.
Maintain accurate records and carry out general administrative duties.
Support billing processes and assist with daily operational tasks.
