Role Overview

TM Automotive Seating Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated fresher-level Data Analyst to work in Australia. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in data analysis, reporting, and business decision support.

What You’ll Do

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
• Help create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for business users.
• Study datasets to spot trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support checks that confirm data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Maintain databases while keeping information consistent and up to date.
• Prepare routine and one-off reports for internal teams.
• Work with different departments to understand what they need from reports.
• Record analytical results and document the steps used in data handling and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong thinking skills for analysis and problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of data analysis methods and reporting practices.
• Careful attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• No prior professional experience is necessary; fresh graduates are welcome.
