The Tendem project seeks a talented Graphic Designer for creating visual assets that apply to real-world scenarios.

Role Overview

This part-time freelance position involves crafting diverse visual materials including layouts, infographics, social media templates, and polished marketing collateral. You will utilize your design expertise to present information clearly and aesthetically, supporting the project’s communication and branding goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean and engaging layouts and infographics with a strong visual hierarchy for readability and impact.
• Create reusable and attractive templates tailored for social media platforms and concise one-page documents.
• Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and composition techniques to enhance everyday design outputs.
• Transform raw data and ideas into refined visual elements aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain high-quality standards by thoroughly checking alignment, color harmony, and consistency before asset delivery.

This role is project-based; workload depends on the activity status of projects, and participation may extend across multiple projects depending on fit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of practical experience in graphic design, digital media, or visual communications.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating capability across multiple formats such as social media graphics, marketing collateral, and one-page designs.
• Expertise in typography, visual composition, and grid system application with a versatile, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for diverse design needs.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills to juggle multiple visual tasks effectively.
• English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Workload and Compensation

The project demands approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly when active, though this is not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to 50 USD per hour based on expertise and contribution pace. Rates and workload may fluctuate depending on project complexity and requirements.
