Job Overview

This position is instrumental in driving Chariot's expansion by sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. The Founding Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and collaborate closely with company leadership to craft and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a broad spectrum of roles including specialized and leadership positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate journey.
  • Collaborate with executives to understand hiring needs and enhance the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Schedule and manage interviews to guarantee a positive and smooth experience for all candidates interacting with Chariot.
  • Act as the external face of the company brand and first point of contact for potential hires.
  • Source top candidates through calls, resume screening, and innovative techniques beyond conventional platforms.
  • Develop and maintain an effective candidate pipeline utilizing research, networking, events, and creative outreach methods.
  • Set up and maintain recruitment funnel metrics and reporting to meet hiring objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail capable of managing multiple roles and complex processes.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, driven by data-informed decision-making without constant supervision.
  • Proficient in creative candidate sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn and traditional methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport quickly and act as a strategic partner to both founders and candidates.
  • Preferred: Experience managing full recruitment cycles in fast-growing startups with successful placement records of critical positions.
