Executive Summary

P3A is a multi-platform operating and investment group building the infrastructure of tomorrow. P3A was founded by serial entrepreneur Jannes Fischer in 2023.

Your Role

As a Founders Associate (m/f/d), you’ll work as a strategic sparring partner to Jannes and the founding team, driving forward the expansion of the P3A group.

Your Tasks

The platform on which you will be working can be divided into (4) areas: Wealth Management, Company Building, Sparring & Consulting, and VC Fund Management.

• Wealth Management: You will develop investment strategies across various asset classes and implement them consistently, including identifying investment opportunities, purchase and financial modelling, and structuring transactions in accordance with legal and tax requirements.
• Company Building: You will develop and validate new business models in close collaboration with Jannes and the founding team, with the stated aim of using them to set up new companies (including establishing the legal and corporate structures, cap tables, fundraising and, where applicable, the operational management of the business).
• Sparring & Consulting: You will advise Jannes and the founding team on all other matters relating to the expansion of the P3A platform and will continuously implement this agenda. Your responsibilities will include liaising with tax advisers, solicitors, investors and other service providers – you will be the one holding everything together internally.
• VC Fund Management: You will manage P3A Ventures, a pre-seed and seed venture capital fund, including all aspects of the role: building networks of investors and founders, carrying out fundraising and investment processes, and liaising with LPs and stakeholders.

• Analytical & Independent: You can find structure in chaos, get things off the ground, and enjoy working independently and taking ownership.
• Hands-On Mentality: You work in a pragmatic and goal-oriented manner – even without a large team, but with access to resources (e.g., freelancers).

Your Experience & Skills

• Relevant Background: You have proven yourself in high-paced environments such as investment banking, private equity, or a family office and understand what matters when it comes to start-up, real estate, or other investments.
• Affinity for Legal and Financial Matters: You have an interest in – and ideally experience with – dealing with contracts, investment structures and financial issues.
• Entrepreneurial Breadth: You enjoy the mix of VC, real assets and company building – much like a family officer.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in both German and English is mandatory.
• Location Availability: You can commit to working with the P3A team on-site in our Berlin headquarters.

• Key Position: You will work directly, on an equal footing and in a spirit of trust with a successful serial entrepreneur and founding team, and will become the Chief of Staff’s most valued long-term point of contact.
