Overview
The Financial Planning Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial oversight by ensuring transparency, aiding strategic business decisions, and complying with accounting and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the financial statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, offering financial insights to improve planning and decision-making.
- Conduct financial data analysis to interpret company performance, identify trends, and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Maintain thorough records of financial transactions and create reports for management evaluation.
- Ensure all financial reporting adheres strictly to accounting standards, regulations, and laws.
- Prepare reports in both English and Korean as requested by the headquarters.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial planning.
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken) to interact effectively with headquarters and stakeholders in Korea.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Strong quantitative and financial skills demonstrated.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
