Your Role

Starting immediately, you will take ownership of crucial strategic projects, ranging from negotiating externally with clients to developing marketing and sales strategies alongside colleagues, and enhancing production and logistics efficiency, making your influence felt.

Typical entry roles within the finance department include:

• Financial Analyst for specific brands or product categories locally or regionally, such as in the expanding Healthcare segment
• Financial Analyst in Customer Business Development
• Plant Financial Manager responsible for cost optimization in manufacturing plants
• Financial Accountant
• Internal Audit Analyst

Candidate Profile

• Possession or imminent completion of a bachelor's or master’s degree with strong academic achievement
• Willingness to work flexibly across any of P&G's DACH locations including Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, Spittal a.d. Drau
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills combined with leadership ambition and passion for Finance
• Capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams while embracing creativity and innovation
• Ability to make informed decisions from comprehensive data sets balanced with intuitive judgment
• Proficiency in German and English at a minimum C1 level
• Previous internships, work experiences, or international studies are advantageous
