Job Overview
Al Dar Exchange is seeking a seasoned and result-oriented Finance Manager to become a pivotal part of their team in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent certification.
- 8 to 10 years of experience managing finance operations, ideally in an exchange house, banking sector, or financial services industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) guidelines.
- Demonstrated competence in financial reporting, budgeting, conducting audits, regulatory compliance reporting, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience directing finance transformation initiatives, process automation, and the implementation of ERP or financial management systems.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with proven leadership and sound decision-making skills.
- Capability in Arabic language is a beneficial plus.
