Final Inspector

Job Overview

As a Final Inspector at TotalEnergies in Zebbug-Gozo, Malta, you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual and manual examinations of finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and work instructions. Your role is critical in identifying inconsistencies and maintaining product quality before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out visual and tactile inspections of final products following defined criteria and instructions.
• Detect and isolate defective items or packaging, and document non-conformances accordingly.
• Report any repetitive or significant quality concerns to the Dispatch Deputy Supervisor or Quality Engineers for timely resolution.
• Convert physical work order cards into digital format for precise recordkeeping and easy access to production data.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspection outcomes to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Ensure the inspection area is neat and organized in line with 5S methodology standards.
• Support inventory management activities including routine stock checks and rotation.
• Operate automatic visual inspection equipment when required.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisory team.
